Shipping 

All products on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). As our commitment to you, all products will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Tracking for each product will be provided on eligible orders. 

 

For orders local to the Greater Toronto Area, a local courier service will be used to deliver the product, typically within 1 business day. 

Products shipping to the rest of Canada and the World will be done so through FedEx. As a customer, you have the option to choose your FedEx shipping speed at checkout. 

 

Shipping times may vary by destination country. Please note that for international orders, you may incur additional fees such as import duties, customs brokerage fees and taxes on your shipment. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs and import duties vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@c17media.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you with a resolution via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping

 

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 Days of receiving the order.
